Booking Terms
The following booking terms are component for all lease agreements in written or electronic form with baltic-house-poland.com. At the conclusion of a booking the customer recognizes these booking terms.
Procedure & Information
- By request from internet or by phone you sygnalize that you are interested by our proposal and you should give us concrete time of stay.
- Base on this we are answering as fast as possible the same way (e-mail or phone) whether time of stay is free.
- In case of positive decision you are delivering us O.K. (by e-mail or phone) and based on this we are sending you our reservation confirmation & payment conditions.
- After your pre-payment (look at § 1) the contract is valid.
§ 1 [Payment]
From date of reservation confirmation & payment conditions you have 14 days to make the pre-payment. This pre-payment amounts to one third of all payment and will be confirmed after receipt. Rest of payment should be paid in cash (€) on place in day of arrival. In case of a last-minute booking the entire amount will be paid at the arrival.
§ 2 [Cancellation]
If you cancel our contract not making the pre-payment during 14 days the reservation order is automatically canceled. If you won`t arrive at first day of stay the pre-payment is retain as a payment for canceling contract.
§ 3 [Change of period]
From time settled by contract a change of reservation time is not possible because of planning reasons.
§ 4 [Extension of staying]
Extension of staying is possible if your room is not ordered and the payment will be paid before the extension starts.
§ 5 [Spare person]
If the room is booked for example for 2 persons but 1 person can`t arrive and there is no other person to take place the price won`t change.
§ 6 [Complaint]
Any requirement for a complaint with obligation to pay damages is excluded from us.
