The food and textiles are often cheaper than in Western Europe. The gasoline prices are near the same level. Admission prices and bus tickets are sometimes quite favourable. Also in the restaurant are attractive prices.
Here are many exchange offices (cantors) to change your money to Polish zlotys or you take Polish zloty in cash by credit card from the machine (charge!). The credit card e.g. MASTER or VISA is accepted also by shopping. Please decide yourself !

Yes. There are many new car dealerships created and now you can see the same cars on the roads as in Western Europe. The risk of intrusion or removal is the same as in Western Europe.
Yes. Then the bicycles will take place in the garage. If you like forest paths with a little rise and descend the adjacent nature reserve is ideally suited.

Depending on the timeliness of the Polish card software the navigation on the main routes and bigger cities (as in the Tri-City) is fine. Even the villages are well. Only more information on how e.g. the dense of gas stations or restaurants are not exactly enough.
